What we do? Senseair is a global, high technology company that develops and manufactures air sensors for CO2 and Alcohol. Senseair in Sweden consists of 190 employees in Västerås, Kista and Delsbo. Internationally we are located in Chengdu and Düsseldorf. Our head office is located in Delsbo, where we also have our production plant. We have R&D operations in both Delsbo and Västerås. Senseair is in a very interesting stage with ongoing industrialization projects towards the automotive sector. Location for this position is preferable Delsbo. Västerås can be an option, if you can be in Delsbo minimum 10 days every month.

Your role? As our next HR Manager you will continue developing the HR-function to be close to the business. The role as HR Manager at Senseair is about developing, driving and supporting processes and key projects to deliver HR expertise and support to the company. The role also involves inspiring, motivating and coaching employees and stakeholders and you will be a part in the management team. Areas of responsibilities:

  • Set HR business priorities and drive strategic HR initiatives in the organization aligned with the business goals and company growth
  • Provide support to Managers within HR
  • Employer Branding, Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Performance & Talent Management
  • Compensation & Benefits 
  • Leadership Development
  • Internal Communication
  • Labour Law
  • Work Life Balance and overall employee lifecycle

Who are you? We are looking for a true team player with belief that the best results are achieved together. As a person you are a structured, with a strong can-do attitude and you capture opportunities without losing track of our direction. You can navigate comfortably in cross functional teams and you act on both urgent, short-term and long-term objectives. You have very good communicative ability. Furthermore, you are a trustworthy, open-minded and reliable person with a highly professional approach.

  • Bachelor’s degree HR or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience from international business environment and preferably from a manufacturing company/business
  • Proven experience in developing partnership with business leaders
  • Flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-moving organization
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
